Experience
Nilesh Dayal has nearly 20 years of experience with clients in the oil and gas, electricity, industrials, resources, and public sector spaces. Mr. Dayal has extensive project management experience with strategy development and implementation, procurement and supply chain management, financial performance improvement, organizational restructuring, and process improvement.
Previously, Mr. Dayal was a management consultant with the Chemicals & Petroleum Practice of Charles River Associates and the Strategy & Organization Practice of Arthur D. Little. Prior to consulting, he was a global business development manager at CMS Energy, where he worked as a developer of international natural gas and power generation infrastructure projects.

Eddie Cheng has successfully led client and stakeholder teams through strategy formation and execution, organizational restructuring, and process improvement. Mr. Cheng specializes in managing and coordinating client teams through large-scale strategy implementations.
Previously, Mr. Cheng was a management consultant with the Chemicals & Petroleum Practice of Charles River Associates and the Strategy & Organization Practice of Arthur D. Little, where he served clients in the oil and gas and electricity industries. Prior to joining PacWest, Mr. Cheng led strategy and business development at Walmart.com, evaluating new ventures and strategic growth opportunities.

Maggie Tushman has extensive experience leading clients through strategy development, operational improvement and change management. Ms. Tushman has spearheaded program management for major restructuring initiatives involving process redesign, organizational change and operational cost reduction.
Previously, Ms. Tushman was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she managed and successfully implemented enterprise-wide restructuring initiatives for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining PacWest, Ms. Tushman was a corporate strategist at Boston Scientific, a global medical devices company.

Jon Tushman has nearly 15 years of information technology, software development, and technical project management experience. He has spearheaded the design and site-by-site delivery of extensive global IT projects for Fortune 100 companies and developed business applications for targeted technical solutions to significantly increase efficiency and decrease costs. Mr. Tushman specializes in bringing business practicality to enterprise technology initiatives, and focuses on using technology to maximize the impact of business strategies. With PacWest, he has developed and led the implementation of multiple systems and tools with energy and industrials clients.
Previously, Mr. Tushman was Architect of the Advanced Technology Group at Sapient Corporation, responsible for project design and quality of Sapient’s portfolio of technical solutions for IT consulting clients. He formulated Sapient’s strategy on emerging technologies, helped establish Sapient’s first satellite office in India, and led teams of 10-40 multi-disciplinary consultants on major technology deployments. Mr. Tushman was formerly Vice President of Premier Capital, launching a $50 million distressed asset fund utilizing a proprietary financial tool he designed. He was also Product Manager of a new technology line at public software company Blackbaud Corporation.

Alexander Robart has nearly 10 years of strategy consulting experience across multiple industries and has extensive experience in the oil and gas, industrials, resources, and public sector spaces. He has worked with a number Super Majors, independent E&Ps, along with numerous oilfield services companies and equipment manufacturers, both in the US and internationally and spanning both onshore and offshore. He has deep experience in strategy development, market analysis, procurement and supply chain strategy and has played critical roles facilitating numerous client and stakeholder teams through strategy formation and hands-on execution for transformation engagements.
Recently Mr. Robart has led multiple engagements involving unconventional/shale strategy and market analysis in key North American basins as well as emerging international shale basins. Mr. Robart has co-led the development of PacWest’s suite of market intelligence product offerings. He also speaks regularly at international shale conferences on the topic of supply chain and infrastructure challenges associated with international shale development.
Previously, Mr. Robart was a management consultant with the Economic & Business Analysis and IT Strategy practices of Booz & Company (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton), where he served a variety of clients in the energy, industrial, automotive, consumer product, and aerospace industries.

Christopher Robart has nearly 10 years of strategy and economic consulting experience with clients in the oil and gas, electricity, industrials, and public sector spaces. He has successfully facilitated and led numerous client and stakeholder teams through strategy formation and execution, economic analysis and financial analysis. He has worked closely with oil and gas operators and suppliers in procurement and supply chain strategy, market analysis and strategy development. Recently Mr. Robart has led multiple engagements involving unconventional/shale strategy and market analysis in key North American basins and has co-led the development of PacWest’s suite of market intelligence product offerings.
Previously, Mr. Robart worked in the Washington, DC and Bahrain offices of Charles River Associates, where he was an Associate in the Energy & Environment practice. He performed complex economic and strategic analysis for public and private sector clients and developed a strong expertise in the natural gas market.
